This internationally-celebrated star is adored and followed through all her shows. Last season, she devoted a show on how to become a woman from a man right in front of everyone, commonly called ‘drag’, step by step, including the ‘tuck’. An added bonus to a performance is her talented singing in a very fine voice. Tonight, the country theme brings her quips and one-liners of corn pone humor. Delighted created a ‘female’ version of the American television comedy-variety show ‘Hee Haw’. But not one song talked about a lady. Delighted Tobehere is one wild cowgirl who knows what she wants. She broke down country songs into love, heartache, cheating, breaking up, horny and drinking That just about covers all of life.

“Crazy” gave tribute to one of the greatest country singers, or any such woman in any musica genre, Patsy Cline. Willie Nelson wrote the tune and now the world knows this venture extremely well. Delight’s voice sunk to a gruff, deep man, Josh Turner when she delivered “Long Black Train” which she did beautifully with a country gospel tone. ‘Tis the season, so Delighted brought out the catchy tune popular at this time of the year from Elvis. He had country and gospel roots before bursting onto the scene of international pop. “Blue Christmas” was sung with low and rumbling vocals impersonating The King. It was sad and delightful only to be upstaged by the wild drinking song “Jose Cuervo”, he was a friend of mine.

“Mama Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up To Drag Queens” she rewrote from the Waylon Jennings tune about the life of cowboys, now changed to drag queens. Her bright humor shone forth. She was disgusted by female submission, preferring a modern feel of a firm, self-assured woman who does is not subservient to her man, with Tammy Wynette’s “Stand By Your Man” “Can I get an A-Men?” Delight asked on numerous occasions like in a country gospel church.

She loves when the crowd sings the lyrics. “The easiest song I ever sang!” Otra! brought her to country-rock “Rocky Top, Tennessee” with the mountain folk unable to grow anything, so canned food was in abundance.

She has more than 17 years of experience to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the world of drag, country-western style. She is in her third season in The Red Room and has presented six original shows. She possesses an open and inquisitive personality which endears herself to the audience and makes them sit back, relax and enjoy. One never knows what to expect after walking through the doorway. But, one fact is known: the event will shake you, thrill you, tickle you and impress you with this great ball of talent.
