Mariachis, Margaritas, and More 2019

For the third year in a row, Mariachis, Margaritas, and More 2019 brings together the amazing colors, the exhilarating sounds, and authentic flavors of Puerto Vallarta to the courtyard of the Municipal Presidency! On Thursday, March 28, 2019 Amapas Neighborhood Association represented by Sylvia Toy, Viejo Vallarta Association represented by Benny Ibarra as well as the Tourism Department of the City of Puerto Vallarta, are organizing a grand Mexican party in one of the most beautiful and historical places in the city – the inner courtyard of the Presidencia. In this most authentic of settings will be a beautiful exhibit of the sights, sounds, and delicious flavorful tastings of authentic Old Vallarta.

Where else could you go to experience an international gourmet tasting buffet offered by 35 of the best local chefs and restaurants accompanied by local musicians, presentation of a folkloric ballet, and the robust sounds of mariachi music? The list of this year’s restaurants is outstanding: El Torito, Hacienda Carlotta, Boccon di Vino, Adobes, El Brujo, Di Vino Dante, Pal Mar, No Way José, Katana, Teatro Limon, Tinos, River Café, Capitan Cajun, El Mole de Jovita, Siam, Incanto, Mariscos El Güero, Oscar’s, El Sofa Cafe, Canto Del Mar, Agrodolce, Route 66, Ortensia Funiculli, Rio Grande, Robertos, Daiquiri Dicks, La Fonda, Bravos, Almacen, Los Muertos Brewing, Steve’s Bar, Nacho Daddy, and Fredy’s Tucan.

Spaces are limited. Only 150 guests. Doors open at 6 pm while the buffet service begins at 7 pm. Reserved seating tickets are available at the office of the Amapas Neighborhood Association located at 115 Hortensias Street, Villas Loma Linda. For more information call (322) 223-8312 or email: info@amapaspv.com. You can also stop by the Viejo Vallarta office located at Mundo de Cristal on Insurgentes 333, Colonia Emiliano Zapata, 48380 or email asociacionviejovallarta@gmail.com. Tickets cost: 900 pesos. All proceeds of the event will go towards funding neighborhood projects of Colonia Amapas and Zona Romantica. Last year’s funds went towards the amazing sidewalk which is on Highway 200. It is a testament to the strength of each neighborhood and their desire to keep neighbors (locals, visitors, and businesses) safe as they walk up and down the highway. Come enjoy an evening of
gastronomical extravagance and do your part to maintain the city. You don’t want to miss it!
