Act II Entertainment Stages located on the corner of Basilio Badillo and Insurgentes, is the largest entertainment venue of its kind in the entire Bay of Banderas. Located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta, this entertainment complex boast a 180 seat theater “The Act 2 Entertainment Stages” and a 98 seat “Red Room Cabaret” where original productions are presented, as well as a cozy bar and lounge area “Encore” where performers serenade patrons before and after shows. Act II Entertainment engages, inspires, entertains and challenges audiences with theatrical productions that range from the classics to new works. We train and support the next generation of theater artists. We provide arts education programs that promote life-long learning to a diverse community and we celebrate the essential power of the theater to illuminate our common humanity.
The Palm Cabaret and Bar, located on Olas Altas 508, is Puerto Vallarta’s oldest cabaret venue featuring air conditioning, newly renovated in 2018, intimate cabaret space seating 90 comfortably in plush salon style chairs and padded, roomy bar stools. The Palm began more than 15 years ago as a Cafe that served great burgers. Entertainers would pop in who were visiting on vacation and do a number or two. Before long, artists from all over were doing everything from disco to drag and beyond. Eventually, a show schedule was organized and many entertainers returned year after year and so did the audiences. The Palm no longer serves food, but we usually send you a bowl of great, fresh popcorn! Now, The Palm seeks out only the best in cabaret entertainment and features artists from Mexico, Argentina, the USA and Canada. They pride themselves on having the most eclectic and professional shows anywhere in Vallarta open November thru early April, 7 nights per week and usually have two shows per night, one at 7:00 pm and the other at 9:30 pm. We often feature afternoon matinees as well.
Nacho Daddy Basilio Badillo #287 is sort of a “Tropical House of Blues Restaurant.” Who better to belt the blues for your enjoyment than the Texas Embassy Blues Band, Da Crew, Xalli…..everyone knows the best part of Nacho Daddy is the MUSIC! This popular restaurant and upstairs music theater is the creation of singer/performer of Sean Moore and Tammy Prust. The first floor restaurant is a great place for TEX-Mex food and a premier sports bar with 8 large tv’s in the Zona Romantica. The upstairs is a cabaret theater for local popular entertainment shows. In December 2019, The Puerto Vallarta Boutique Community Theatre owners Karrie and Ken Sebryk announced the theatre would be incorporated into Nacho Daddy’s 2nd floor entertainment space.
The Butterfly Cabaret Malecon y Almendro #4. Located inside Blue Chairs Hotel main lobby. Known for its Rooftop drag shows and go go dancers, Blue Chairs presents The Butterfly Cabaret. This cabaret venue frequently features Miss Butterfly Montreal Drag Diva celebrating a frequent Drag Superstar in Puerto Vallarta! Also Tynomi Banks and Uma Gahd have been performers there.
Incanto Vallarta, located on Calle Insurgentes 109 on the River Cuale, is Puerto Vallarta’s newest cabaret, takes its name from the charming and elegant setting along the Rio Cuale that divides old town from Centro in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Incanto features an eclectic offering of world-class entertainment in both our lower level 90 seat cabaret/theatre, and in our intimate piano bar space on the second floor. Classic cocktails and delicious offerings from our cafe will make Incanto a destination where you’ll want to linger well before and after the show; especially on one of our two riverside terraces. Mornings on the terrace at Incanto features our signature coffee and delicious creative breakfast selections.
