Owners Carlos Avila Uribe and Walter Thomas’ spot features burgers— very special hamburgers topped many different ways— bluegrass bbq; house with pepper jack and avocado; black and blue with blue cheese; and sliders— cooked as you like. Sides include fried pickle chips, and sweet potato or regular fries. Non-beef eaters will like their buffalo chicken wings; salads ( chef’s, cobb or pear blue); or chicken sandwich or wrap. There’s a portobello burger for people who prefer no meats. No CC. Take out. Pet friendly.
