Los Toneles is a Mexican fine dining restaurant originally founded in San Luis Potisi specializing in high quality cuts of choice beef and a huge selection of wines. They began in 2005 with the goal of bringing the best cuts of prime beef grilled to perfection to the table of every guest. They are always seeking to experiment with embers and fire to achieve the perfect grilling process. The mesquite wood found in San Luis Potisi bring a special flavor to fine cuts of meat and the flames those the embers bring out the best flavors of aged beef.
Over time we discovered the love for wine and good service creating an almost obsessive passion to find the best wines and training our collaborators to exceed the expectations of each diner.
