Carlos owns this sidewalk taquería serving good, quick and tasty food. Renowned for his tacos al pastor [shaved meat with pineapple] and pork kebob volcánes, full plates of a variety of tacos, quesadilla, fajitas, and tortas also are served. His salsa choices are good. Beer and non-alcoholic drinks like Horchata or Jamaica will quench the heat. Can be quite hot inside with lines during the season so take-out is offered. Be patient and get ready for long lines! Pancho’s Takos has received several local awards serves some of the finest fast food in the area.
