North of Town: Nuevo Vallarta, Las Jarretaderas, Bucerías, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Punta de Mita, Sayulita, San Francisco [San Pancho], Rincón de Guayabitos, La Peñita de Jaltemba, Las Palmas, and San Sebastián del Oeste. South of Town: Mismaloya, Boca de Tomatlán, Las Ânimas, Quimixto and Yelapa. From the northern tip at Punta Mita in the State of Nayarit to the south at Cabo Corrientes in the state of Jalisco, Bahía de Banderas spans 65 miles or 105 km.
