The malecon opens fully on September 29 2020. Authorities finally fully opened the malecon by removing the yellow caution tape that has been placed over the section of the Malecón closest to the ocean for 6 months of restrictions due to the covid health contingency. Access to the famous malecon sculptures, the beach area, Los Arcos, the sea horse or the Puerto Vallarta letters will no longer be restricted. Many walkers have ignored the yellow tape that limited access to these area except that sections could be accessed for certain businesses fronting the area.
Chachalacabar bar has added additional outdoor limited seating in the garden area in front of the bar! A great open air safe distancing option for you to enjoy. They have a delicious full food menu and an online store for souvenirs! Local artist Joey Real is also painting beautiful murals on their outside doors.

Act 2 PV to add new roof top cabaret. Act2 PV is thrilled to announce that LIVE ENTERTAINMENT for the 2020/2021 season is coming back to Puerto Vallarta! Act2PV has just secured the rooftop space above Act2PV’s current location and will transform the entire space into a beautiful, open-air terrace cabaret, the largest outdoor theater in town! Here is some of the new protocols being done for the upcoming season of Act 2. The new rooftop Star light Cabaret will be the most amazing addition to the PV entertainment scene and after COVID we can seat 250 allowing us to bring in big names, do big charity events and do concerts under the sky. And with the huge white wall I’m building behind the stage we can do Movie nights and Karaoki, sky’s the limit. We gave up the lease downstairs where Wings Army and the massage place was and now I’m so excited to tell you a Sushi place, Yamanada Sushi will open where the massage place was￼ and we will offer the menu at ACT2PV.
Halloween 2020 update from Puerto Vallarta gay bar Apaches. As you all know Halloween at Apaches has a long tradition where our clients join the community and enjoy time handing out candy to the 100’s of children that pass by. This is a tradition we treasure.
