Dear friends and costumers:
Even though a great being that started this wonderful project 11 years ago has passed to a better place, his spirit will remain in our hearts. Mole de Jovita Vallarta will continue with the best service, offering the best traditional Mexican dishes and of course the best mole in town. The restaurant will remain open, we are living difficult times but our attitude to give the best service and offer all the sanitary needs will always be present. Sergio Muciño leaves a great legacy and I his partner in life along with mama Jovita and our staff will continue to give the same effort that he always had. Come and visit us in our regular schedule. Let’s continue this great tradition. And our model will always be “Love and Gratitude”

Aunque se nos haya adelantado la persona que inició este gran proyecto hace 11 años, su espíritu permanecerá en nuestros corazones. Mole de Jovita Vallarta seguirá con el mismo servicio que siempre nos a distinguido. Ofreciendo los mejores platillos típicos mexicanos y claro nuestra estrella que es el mole. El restaurante está y seguirá abierto. Son tiempos difíciles pero nuestra actitud por seguir ofreciendo el mejor servicio y con todas las medidas sanitarias está presente. Sergio Muciño nos deja un gran legado que es el mole de mamá Jovita, y yo cómo su pareja en vida junto con nuestro equipo continuaremos con el mismo entusiasmo que siempre lo llevo a cabo.
