GAYPV serves as a marketing and referral partner & participates in affiliate partnerships with select businesses, tour operators, event promoters, and ticketing platforms. When you purchase tickets or book experiences through links marked as partner links on this site, GAYPV may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never affects our editorial coverage or recommendations.
We make no representation, warranty, or endorsement regarding the sexual orientation, gender, quality, safety, or experience of any business, event, tour or product. All content published by GAYPV reflects that entity has chosen to market to GAYPV’s audience, not an evaluation or endorsement of the product itself.
1. Financial Transparency
GAYPV is independently funded. Revenue is generated through disclosed advertising, strategic partnerships, and logistical syndication services. We maintain full editorial control to ensure the integrity of our content.
2. Sponsored Content & Disclosure
GAYPV sells advertising, including promotions, placements and sponsored features. Paid content is labeled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored,” and paid links are marked as sponsored. Sponsored content may use the same layout and features as the rest of the site, and a sponsored entry inside a guide or listing is labeled individually. GAYPV does not attest to the quality, safety, accuracy or pricing of any advertiser’s products or services. Sponsored content shows only that a business has chosen to market to GAYPV’s audience.
3. Conflict of Interest Policy
Contributors must disclose any financial interests or personal affiliations related to their coverage. GAYPV does not accept payment to present paid content as independent editorial, and all paid content is labeled.
4. Technical Accuracy & Veracity
Our navigational guides and infrastructure reports (including the Vía Corta and VidantaWorld corridors) are developed through rigorous on-site inspection and analysis of verified technical data, ensuring the highest level of reliability for our readers.
5. Direct Verification & Original Sourcing
GAYPV prioritizes information confirmed directly with venues, organizers, and businesses over what’s published elsewhere. Where a listing or event page cites specific operational details — such as will call procedures, entry requirements, or partner perks — that information has been independently confirmed by GAYPV directly with the source either the owner or managing staff or representative, often unavailable on the business’s own website or any other publication. Pages presenting this kind of original reporting are marked accordingly.
6. Event Listings & Calendar Disclosure
GAYPV provides information about a variety of Puerto Vallarta events and does not organize any event unless specifically designated. Some listed events are from our advertising or marketing partners, and others are included as community information. We publish the latest information provided by organizers at the time of publication. GAYPV is not responsible for event cancellations or changes to schedules, venues, times, or ticket prices, or for event satisfaction. Please confirm details with the event organizer before making any decision that depends on them.
7. Partner Tours
GAYPV promotes tours and experiences operated by various tour companies. GAYPV may be compensated for this promotion through advertising fees, commissions on bookings made through GAYPV partner links, or both. Promotional content for these products is labeled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored,” and partner links are marked as such.
GAYPV is a marketing and referral channel only. GAYPV does not operate or supervise these tours. The tour operator alone is responsible for its tours, including pricing, availability, schedules, safety, cancellations and refunds. GAYPV does not attest to the quality, safety, accuracy or pricing of any tour. Our promotion shows only that the operator has chosen to market to GAYPV’s audience. Please confirm details and policies directly with the operator before booking.
