Bistro At Casa Cupula is the restaurant associated with Casa Cupula LGBT boutique luxury hotel. It serves breakfast and lunch in an open-air tropical setting, and features a full bar, diverse wine list, and the Best Gay Brunch in Puerto Vallarta every Sunday!

The Bistro At Casa Cupula offers a true tropical dining experience on the terrace among the beautiful jungle trees. They offer other dining-related amenities currently available at the hotel, such as private dinners and room service.  Private events for up to 80 people including weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties and business meetings can be hosted at either the restaurant or at the Pool Club.

In November 2019, the luxury hotel announced a new partnership with local gourmet restaurant Bistro Teresa forming Bistro Teresa at Casa Cupula. The local restaurant will manage Cupula’s food and beverage operations and provide guests with the luxurious experience many have enjoyed at their El Centro location overlooking Puerto Vallarta’s Malecon.

Thoroughly redesigned for 2024, this central indoor space at Casa Cupula is now Vallarta’s first art gallery featuring South American art.  The gallery features a new art exhibition, curated by Cristhiam Castillo, opened at The Bistro at Casa Cupula on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2024. Featured artists include Monica Villaroel (Chile) and Colombian artists Uvaldo Torres (BaLDOT), Jimmy Villegas, Juan Manrique Silva, and Ivan Guayasa.
