Zumo  is a new restaurant to enjoy ultimate modern Mexican cuisine located in the Zona Romantica of Puerto Vallarta. ZUMO owners Vanessa Villegas and Stewart Haverlack are no stranger to Puerto Vallarta. Haverlack was associated with Boca Bento and Vanessa owned the boutique hotel Villa Limon and ZUMO restaurant in San Miguel de Allende.
