Puerto Vallarta could also be one of the safest gay destinations for spring break 2024. As noted above the AirportParkingReservations.com survey listed PV as the #1 perceived safest spring break destination among many top spring break destinations. The 41st National Urban Public Security Survey (ENSU) of the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) for the fourth quarter of 2023, Puerto Vallarta ranks as the second safest city in Mexico.
