Our first restaurant in town was on Olas Altas.  Here you will find the best seafood dishes, including ceviches, Baja tacos, and a wide selection of shrimp recipes. You MUST try our popular Shrimp, the biggest of the bay with our special recipes.

The restaurant is not your average seafood restaurant, it’s a whole new experience of the cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and enjoy our beach club.

From the opening day our dishes were a huge local success. And 25 years later that tradition continues. Our company has 6 restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit,  The Blue Shrimp Puerto Vallarta, the Nuevo Vallarta location, Si Señor Beach Puerto Vallarta, Si Señor Sayulita, Lobster Paradise Punta de Mita & our newest addition, Si Señor Bucerías.
