Wayne Franklin Owner Broker Tropicasa Realty

In 1997 Wayne Franklin, a real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in the USA and Mexico, founded Tropicasa Realty in Puerto Vallarta. With over 100 years of combined experience, our agents have licenses in other countries or have had their own companies to add to their extensive knowledge and experience.

Tropicasa Realty is known in the community for our established relationships and ability to collaborate with other real estate professionals, which results in over 80% of our transactions being completed in conjunction with other agencies. This ensures buyers will see all the Puerto Vallarta real estate for sale that meet their needs, whether they are listed by Tropicasa Realty or not. And for sellers, this means that their property will be exposed to any and all potential buyers through the Puerto Vallarta MLS (Multiple Listing Service), of which Tropicasa Realty is an active member.
