OneSixOne Bar And Stonewall Inn SETAC Fundraiser

OneSixOne PV sponsored a successful SETAC community center fundraiser Saturday July 2. The event was organized by Bryan Stocks and Roger Allen of Anonimo and OneSixOne Bar and hosted by Jason Dottley. Money was raised via a silent auction and raffle from donations of local Puerto Vallarta businesses and individuals raising more than $150,000 mxn pesos for SETAC. Stacy Lentz CEO from the Stonewall Initiative was also at the event to present SETAC with an additional $3000 USD donation. The Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative (SIGBI) is the official charitable giving organization of the historic Stonewall Inn in New York City, the birthplace of the modern gay rights movement and centerpiece of one of the United State’s newest national monuments.

Stacy tells GAYPV after the event “It was so great meeting the incredible folks in the LGBTQ community here in Vallarta. The restaurants were outstanding and the friendliness of everyone we met was just as beautiful as the beaches and mountains. I am definitely looking forward to returning soon.”
