Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomic Promotion Begins

Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomic promotion begins as the Puerto Vallarta Tourism trust recently participated in 2 media presentations to promote the upcoming sixteenth edition of the Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomic event October 11-18, 2024. In cooperation with the Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica (VNG) this event is one of the top culinary events in the Banderas Bay.

The VNG event features the best Mexican chefs, international Chefs, Michelin Stars, 50 Best restaurants, and the Top Chefs have passed through our stages, showing us the most special aspects of Gastronomy in their workshops and private events.

The presentations were in Guadalajara and León and brought media, influencers, prior VNG events and various personalities from the gastronomic and restaurant industry to enjoy exquisite culinary dishes from Vallarta chef  Salvador Carrillo, owner of one the the top restaurants in the Banderas bay, La Tienda Grande restaurant.

The Guadalajara event was July 9, 2024 at Casa MaRo restaurant and León event was July 10, 2024 at Casa Biznaga where chef Salvador dazzled the attendees with his delicious dishes. Lic. Luis Villaseñor, director of the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Trust, attented each event commenting on the amazing culinary scene found in Puerto Vallarta and the importance of promoting it to the world.

Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomic promotion begins and it was announced that famous Chef Dani García, who has three Michelin Stars, two of them in his restaurant Smoked Room Madrid and one in Smoked Room Dubai, and 1 award recently won at the last Michelin Star Gala will be one of the top chefs at the 2024 Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomic event this year

Villasenor stated Puerto Vallarta is certainly known as a sun and sand destination but now invites diners and foodies to discover a new reason to visit and love Puerto Vallarta and that is for the amazing gastronomy scene here.

VNG 2024 will be the ultimate culinary week event to experience amazing gourmet food, wine and cutting edge mixology shared in the company of other food enthusiasts and professionals from all over to world.

The promotion of Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomic 2024 will continue with press conferences in Mexico City, at Casa Sauza in Tequila outside of Guadalajara and a final one at the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center in Puerto Vallarta which is the official headquarters of this event.
