We fill out the application for your marriage certificate. Is a questionnaire that can be filled by a call or e-mail online up to 6 months in advance, which is highly recommended. This will expedite the marriage certificate with the correct information on it.
Before coming to Puerto Vallarta be sure to get your Birth Certificates Apostilled
We will need to translate your Birth Certificates with an Official Authorized Translator by the State of Jalisco.
The couple needs to get premarital clinical exams and a medical certificate. We will take you to obtain all this in 1 day.
Each party will need 1 form of I.D., a passport is the only I.D. authorized for foreigners to use.
Every couple has to attend a 4 hour marriage course to get a premarital counseling document to get your license. Our agency will take care of this step for your convenience.
*If you are divorced, divorce decrees are not required, but you do need to know when and where your divorce was final.
