Trovasi Cafe Restaurant Reviews
Here are recent Trovasi cafe restaurant reviews. Trovasi Cafe is a new Euro-style cafe serving high quality coffee drinks, juices, pastries, quiche, croissants, gourmet toasts & sandwiches in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta in the old “Los Mercados” building. It is open Mon-Sat 7:30 am-2:30 pm. Check their menu and full details here.
This Italian inspired cafe is owned and operated by Greg Moesser and head chef Juan, Israel, barista Josafat, and Jesus. Greg cherishes the morning and wanted to bring a beautiful interior space with an open patio space similar to what you find in Vienna, Paris or Venice for everyone to enjoy their mornings.
Trovasi Cafe just opened in late March 2025 and here are some Trovasi Cafe Restaurant Reviews:
Amazing new gay owned breakfast & lunch bistro that opens at 7:30 AM! The Trovasi Cafe & Courtyard is in the romantic zone but feels like you’re in Paris or Venice. Great coffee drinks, a very unique menu rarely seen in PV and excellent service too!
We had the prosciutto & burrata toast w/egg and a leek quiche w/salad, plus an amazing tiramisu! All were fabulous! They also have gourmet sandwiches & desserts. Highly recommended. Trovasi Cafe Restaurant Reviews is by Dwight Broadneax March 25, 2025 with permission.

Wow I totally enjoyed my lunch today especially after waiting for a teller at intercam bank. Right down the street in Los mercados is a new “Euro” style restaurant Trovasi. I enjoyed an apple smoked thick cut ham with burrata cheese absolutely delicious with a honey mustard and feta salad with candied walnuts. It’s like a mini vacation in Italy.
