Grupo La Palapa Opens Le Bistro Cafe. The iconic Le Bistro Jazz Cafe has recently reopened and is now operated by Grupo La Palapa. Grupo La Palapa is most famous for bringing La Palapa and El Dorado beach club restaurants to Puerto Vallarta.
Located along Río Cuale, Le Bistro Cafe features one of the most amazing atmospheres and ambience of any other upscale dining experience in Puerto Vallarta. Chef Abraham Alejandro Murillo Garcia from Le Bistro won the prestigious Thierry Blouet Trophy 2025 in March 2025.
The coveted award is presented to young, experienced chefs who compete alongside the country’s best chefs and conquer the culinary scene.
An evening of dining elegance and romantic jazz music await you along the Rio Cuale in the romantic zone. Le Bistro’s Live Jazz Trio set the perfect mood every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The best way to end the night is let yourself be blown away by the flaming coffee and freshly baked apple pie.
Grupo La Palapa opens Le Bistro Cafe daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm.
