In a fashion world often focused on the superficial appearance of how things look, what inspired you to create Equal Swimwear?
I wanted to go beyond just selling swimwear. With Equal Swimwear, my goal is to create a brand that transforms not just bodies, but also perceptions, spaces, and emotions. It’s about authentic, inclusive fashion that celebrates diversity and encourages self-expression for all.
Has your personal life and background influenced Equal Swimwear?
My journey is deeply connected to the evolution of the brand. I’ve learned that professional growth often mirrors a deeper personal journey. With Equal Swimwear, I haven’t just created a product line; I’ve built a community-driven brand and a space where all bodies, voices, and identities are represented and celebrated.

We design with intention. Every piece comes from a deep understanding of our customers. Our collections are made with high-quality materials and careful attention to detail, combining the latest trends with a commitment to inclusive, luxury swimwear that everyone can feel confident wearing.
How has your background influenced your approach to building Equal Swimwear?
I studied Communication Sciences and have experience in public relations, which has been key to positioning Equal in the market. Connecting genuinely with people and perseverance have been essential in turning my vision into a globally recognized LGBTQ+ fashion brand.

Our brand offers a wide range of swimwear designed for every body type and style. The new collection includes bikinis and shirts with coordinated prints, perfect for the beach, casual outings, or travel, reflecting the versatility of modern inclusive fashion.
Equal Swimwear seems to go beyond fashion — what else does the brand represent?
Yes much more than a clothing line, Equal Swimwear is about celebrating diversity, body positivity, and self-confidence. It’s about creating a space where everyone feels empowered, breaking stereotypes, and showing that fashion has no size, gender, or limits — only a positive attitude.
Puerto Vallarta seems to be an important source of inspiration for you. Why?
Vallarta has a magic that’s hard to explain but easy to feel. I’ve been visiting for over ten years, and every time I return, it renews me. Its energy, landscapes, and community inspire my creativity. It’s a vibrant LGBTQ+ destination that connects me to my essence and motivates the design of our collections.
What message do you want people to feel when wearing Equal Swimwear?
Fashion is for everyone. With Equal Swimwear, my goal is to inspire confidence, self-expression, and inclusivity, showing that luxury and style are for all bodies, identities, and voices.
