Fairyland Music Festival proudly announces a special performance by Billy Porter, joining the 2026 edition of the festival in Puerto Vallarta.
Billy Porter: From FX’s Pose to the Fairyland Stage in Mexico
A Grammy, Emmy, and three-time Tony Award winner, Porter is a boundary-pushing artist whose work spans music, Broadway, film, television, and culture. He first rose to prominence with the breakout ballad “Love Is On The Way,” later earning a #1 hit on the US Dance Club Songs Chart with “Love Yourself” and collaborating with artists including The Shapeshifters and Jessie J. His recent releases include The Black Mona Lisa and The Black Mona Lisa Vol. 2: The Cookout Sessions, with new music currently in development for Casablanca / Republic Records.
On stage, Porter is a three-time Tony Award winner, earning Best Leading Actor in a Musical for Kinky Boots and Best Musical as a producer for A Strange Loop, as well as a GRAMMY Award for the Kinky Boots Original Broadway Cast Recording. On screen, he made history with his Emmy-winning performance as Pray Tell on FX’s Pose, becoming the first openly gay man to win Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. He was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People.
