Vallarta Pride 2024 Press Conference was held April 30, 2024 at Industry Night Club with the organizing committee providing the latest details and schedule changes for the upcoming Puerto Vallarta gay pride. The press conference was presented by the Vallarta Pride 2024 marketing agency aMi committee President Javier Jimenez, Carlos Plascencia, Alfredo Soria, Kenia Crisosto, Ricardo Martinez, Cristian Preciado, and Luis Villasenor of the PV Tourism Trust.
Vallarta Pride 2024 dates are Monday May 20 2024 until Sunday May 26, 2024 with the theme “Sun and Beach.” The Vallarta Pride 2024 Press Conference announced several changes in this event this year compared to previous ones.

First, the pride parade is Saturday May 25, 2024 at 10 am starting at Sheraton Hotel not the typical Thursday at 6 pm

The main day event is the 3 day Pride Sun Festival that is 3 consecutive days at Lázaro Cárdenas Park starting Thursday May 23 to Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 12 noon-10pm. This event will feature a main stage with national and international artists, booth exhibits in the park and food and beverage stands and more. The committee stated this is an attempt to open the parade up to more and various sponsors, rather than just focused on the gay bars.
This year there will be a Beach Party after the Parade Saturday May 25, 2024 starting at 4pm until Midnight on the beach in front of Daiquiri Dick’s #314 Olas Altas which is near Lazaro Cardenas Park. This is replacing the usual block party that is normally on Lazaro Cardenas Street in front of the bars.
