Tryst Fitness will be located next to Coco’s Kitchen and where Villa Mercedes Hotel was located. It is scheduled to be complete by summer 2026. This health and wellness addition continues to solidify the romantic zone’s role as the epicenter of gay health and wellness and lifestyle tourism in Puerto Vallarta.

Spanning nearly 11,000 square feet, Tryst Fitness is designed around the idea that fitness, recovery, and pleasure can exist in the same place. The primary training floor features dedicated strength, cardio, and functional training zones, supporting a wide range of workout styles.

The space is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that open to ocean air, creating a rare indoor-outdoor training experience in Zona Romántica. An outdoor workout deck further enhances Puerto Vallarta’s active, open-air wellness lifestyle.

At the top of the facility, members will find a rooftop lap pool, which will be the only dedicated lap pool in Puerto Vallarta—a standout feature for swimmers and wellness-focused travelers seeking low-impact cardiovascular exercise.

A 3,000-Square-Foot Wet Area Focused on Recovery

Recovery plays a central role in the Tryst Fitness experience. Members will have access to an expansive 3,000-square-foot wet area, which includes:
