Sabella joined the management team in April 2024. “I came down to perform (as his alter ego drag-diva Amanda Reckonwith) and fell in love with the theater.” He explained. “I could see they were having a rough time, (since the death of their founding director, Danny Minnini) and I offered to help.” Luckily, owners Alfonso Lopez and Oscar Cisneros took him up on his offer.
“We’ve been looking for someone like David for at least two years,” said Lopez. “The more we talked, and the more he explained to us his experience and who he was, it was perfect. Exactly what we wanted was right in front of us.”
