Content Creator & Tantra Massage Therapist Álvaro Ros Tor

📌 Puerto Vallarta Content Creator & Tantric Massage Therapist

“Puerto Vallarta has long been a sanctuary for those looking to redefine the boundaries of expression and wellness. Few embody this evolution as clearly as Álvaro Ros Tor—a psychologist by trade and a tantric guide by spirit, weaving the science of the mind with the art of conscious sexuality.”

GayPV: Álvaro, your background is incredibly diverse, spanning psychology, acting, and tantra. How do these different disciplines converge in your current work?

Álvaro: My name is Álvaro Ros Tor, and if there is something that defines my path, it is constant exploration. I am a content creator, a therapist specialized in tantric massage, and a tantric guide. I am also a psychologist specializing in sexual coaching and sexology. While acting, photography, and AI may seem different, they all converge at the same core interest: understanding the human experience through the body, mind, and emotion. I see myself in continuous evolution, integrating these disciplines into a more conscious way of living and experiencing sexuality.

GayPV: You mention that the body has always been a form of expression for you. How did that lead you into the world of digital content creation?

Álvaro: It started early through acting and photography, where I explored nudity and the vulnerability of being seen without filters. My transition into digital content creation happened naturally. I discovered platforms where I could share what I was already doing—performing tantric massage sessions in real-time. In 2019, I moved toward more structured, intentional content while maintaining the same essence: the massage as a central experience and language. It wasn’t a calculated business decision; it was allowing something that was already part of me to take form.

GayPV: Many people struggle with body image. How has exposing yourself to a global audience changed your relationship with self-acceptance?

Álvaro: In the beginning, there was a part of me that sought validation. Content can become a way of saying, “see me.” But over time, that transformed from necessity into choice. Today, my exhibitionism comes from a genuine enjoyment of expressing myself through my body. This process forces you to face insecurities regarding age and social standards. I have a slim body, far from the dominant industry aesthetic, and I chose to make that part of my message. Showing yourself as you are is a form of freedom. You do not need to match a standard to be desirable.

GayPV: As a professional in the industry, what are the biggest challenges you face today, and how do you navigate collaborations with figures like Michael Lucas?

Álvaro: The industry is much more saturated now, which makes standing out complex. There is a misconception that content creation is easy, but it requires discipline, production, and digital marketing strategy. Collaborations are vital. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with figures like Michael Lucas of Lucas Entertainment, which represents a professional milestone. It shows how this path can place you in spaces that would otherwise feel inaccessible. These experiences expand your vision and help you understand the industry at a completely different level.

GayPV: You’ve lived in Puerto Vallarta for over five years now. What is it about this specific destination that supports your mission in wellness and sexuality?

Álvaro: I moved to Puerto Vallarta for balance. Vallarta offers a unique coexistence: freedom, exploration, and LGBTQ+ nightlife alongside nature, calmness, and introspection. For me, that balance is essential. The ocean and the mountains create an environment for reconnection. Additionally, Vallarta is an international meeting point. It allows you to connect with creators and perspectives from different cultures, which deeply enriches my creative work and my sexual coaching practice.

GayPV: Outside of the digital world, how do you maintain your own personal sense of “fullness”?

Álvaro: My life is quite calm. I do not drink, smoke, or use drugs. My focus is on self-awareness, meditation, and personal development. I dedicate much of my time to my work as a tantric therapist. Currently, I am developing group sessions centered on tantra and conscious touch—moving beyond superficial experiences. My goal is a sense of fullness: enjoying what is present, as it is, with total awareness.

GayPV: What advice would you give to someone considering becoming a content creation?

Álvaro: Do it with awareness. Understand why you are doing it. If it comes from a place of genuine desire or a message you want to share, it can be deeply enriching. My broader message is to live sexuality fully, consciously, and without guilt. Pleasure is not only physical; it can be a profound, transformative, and even spiritual experience. When lived with presence, it stops being superficial and becomes something meaningful. That is the invitation.
