Back in 2018 when the US Supreme Court ruled in favor of an idiot Colorado baker who did not want to bake rainbow wedding cakes because it was against his “religion”, I thought, “how stupid! I’ll take that business.” So I thought up the name, “Let ‘em Eat Cake!” and kept the idea on the back burner. Flash forward to here in Puerto Vallarta, I connected with Master Class Pastry Chef Royer Arciga with whom I decided to make that vision a reality.
Chef Royer Arciga graduated from the Nougatine Academia School in Mexico City. Starting at the young age of 15, in a busy pastry shop he applied his trade with Master Bakers and Confectionists from large families with baking experience.
Now here in Puerto Vallarta, in the heart of the Romantica Zone the dream and idea spawn from bigotry becomes reality. Working from his own kitchen Gay and Lesbian couples, or anyone for that matter, may purchase rainbow wedding cakes, custom birthday cakes, and cakes for any occasion. Our cakes do not promote bigotry so don’t come to us for Trump cakes, nazi or confederate flag cakes. Only good wholesome gay rainbows & anything you can dream up for your special occasion.
