Let’s Pho PV    Specialty Cuisine Vietnamese/Asian

Chef Charlie Huynh is a Saigon native, he was born in Vietnam and then moved to the US when he was 13 years of age. He started developing his passion for cooking there at an early age, having to live without his family he had to learn to make his own dishes.

Chef Huynh opened up 3 restaurants in Houston Texas, USA. He had been visiting Vallarta for 10 years, and in October 2022 he decided to introduce his cuisine to this beautiful town. He opened Let’s Pho PV.

“Cuisine is not just the food we serve, it’s also culture, and part of my identity, it’s part of who I am that I have the privilege introducing to this charming city.
