If you are considering traveling to Puerto Vallarta during this holiday season, here are some things to remember. Some businesses may be limited to 50% capacity. Local health officials are requiring the use of facemasks and the use of sanitizing gel and social distancing procedures. Some events have been cancelled but other major gay events are still scheduled. Puerto Vallarta’s cabaret venues including Act 2 Entertainment The Palm Cabaret and Nacho Daddy have went to great expense to provide safe, open air shows to your to enjoy. We ask everyone not to cancel your vacation to Puerto Vallarta…There is always something fun and exciting to do here so there is no need to cancel your gay vacation even if a particular event is cancelled.

During Covid-19, Piñata Happy Hour Bar is only open 5-7 pm and sharing Free Margaritas for Hotel guests. We are limiting the hours and events to reduce the potential for spread but giving free margaritas to Hotel Guests.

 

Regarding Cancelations during Covid Travel, we have proven more flexible with the forever changing coronavirus mandates.

 

Being a small business and concerned for our guests well being, we have modified our cancellation policy to allow Cancelations for guest diagnosed with Covid-19 to minimize the spread of coronavirus. Equally we must balance the need of sustaining a small business and the Cancellation Policies may apply regardless of Covid-19 restrictions. Exceptions to the Cancelation Policy for Covid-19. Piñata Hotel agrees to move your Reservation and Carry Forward your Deposit if 

1. The Mexico Border is Closed for Travel.

2. If you test positive for Covid-19 within 20 days prior to travel and submit the test results confirming. And to help ease the financial burden of any, Piñata only requires a 30% deposit not a 50% or full payment like many. We are a sustainable and successful business and we want to ensure guests feel comfortable with a smaller deposit because we know plans do unexpectedly change.

Piñata Hotel is only supported by gay men guests and Pink Dollars shared with us & all in Puerto Vallarta. Because we value you as Guests we are flexible and would rather have you return on another occasion if Covid is the reason for cancelation. There is a balance to be met for everyone’s health and enjoyment, and we wish to do our part to create Happy Guests and Support a Healthy Community.
