Alejo Ospina was born in Colombia and currently one of the most recognized Latinx gay influencer, model, and content creators, known for blending high production value, storytelling, and raw authenticity in his work. He gained popularity after revealing a tattoo on his right leg featuring the lyrics to “All Too Well (10-Minute Version)” by singer Taylor Swift.

His social footprint spans multiple platforms: on Instagram, under the handle @aospinad and with the motto “dirty mind, angel heart,” he shares modeling, lifestyle, and personal content; while on TikTok as a gay content creator engaging a global audience with fitness, travel, fashion, and narrative-driven posts that showcase his charisma, creativity, and style. GAYPV Last year you announced on your TikTok account that would require major surgery to replace one of your heart valves. What is the timeline for the surgery?

Alejo:Yes — it’s a condition I was born with and I will need the surgery at some point. Right now I am having frequent check ups to track my heart and I feel good. My surgeon said I can wait a little longer to have it done.  Alejo faced a major medical challenge in his life involving health and wellness. Alejo Ospina Medical Status: Heart Surgery Postponed

After a series of rigorous cardiac tests in late 2025, Alejo has received positive news regarding his congenital heart condition. While a major heart valve replacement surgery remains on the horizon, his specialist in Medellín, Colombia, has confirmed there is no immediate need for the procedure.

Due to the current stability of his results, Alejo has decided to postpone the surgery (originally planned for Autumn 2025) for at least another year. He remains under the care of his Medellín-based surgeon and is maintaining a routine of regular exams. Alejo tells GayPV he is feeling great and is focused on staying active with his content creation and working on his new project.

Relationship Status: A New Boyfriend

Alejo also shared a personal update regarding his heart of a different kind. He confirmed to us that he has a new boyfriend:

“I have a boyfriend, it’s actually very recent—we met in May 2025. He’s younger than me, white, and hot!! He’s actually starting on OnlyFans too (not suggested by me lol).”

Alejo Ospina’s Major New Project for 2026

GayPV We understand you have a major new project in the works. Can you tell us about it?

Alejo: I do, but I am not ready to release the details yet. I’m working on something mainly targeting my followers in Latin America. They’re going to be very surprised by the concept and what inspired my project’s name and creation.  I am hoping to release the details next year.

We congratulate you on your successful career as a content creator. Not many reach the level of success and creativity you have. One of the main things that sets you apart is the effort you put into props, costumes, and making your videos look as real as possible. Are all the props, costumes, and locations your ideas and do you create them yourself? Do you enjoy choosing the set and designing costumes as part of being a content creator?

Most of the time I do all that it myself. Sometimes I discuss this with the other model so we can decide together what we’re going to do next. Many guys aren’t used to my level of production, but they find out how important these things are to me and quickly get into character with me and match my vibe. I really enjoy these aspects of content creation. I believe that while people like amateur-styled videos, it’s also fun to give them a story — a hot creation scene.

If you watch a video of two guys having sex on a bed, you already have the context: “they both agreed to film.” Hot, yes! Does every video have to be like that? Maybe not. What if the next video starts with a neighbor who’s always arguing with his wife and is stressed out. Then I come by as his friendly neighbor to invite him for a beer to unwind and things escalate from there. I think that is much more attractive and stimulating to fans.

GayPV What is a scene you have (or haven’t) done that would be closest to your ultimate fantasy?

Alejo: I’ve done almost everything, honestly but I don’t enjoy threesomes and group scenes as much as people think.  I’ve filmed with all the major performers I want to meet.

Alejo Ospina’s Personal Content Creation Routine

GayPV What are the steps you follow to prepare your body physically and mentally for a scene?

Alejo: My preparation for a collaboration isn’t much different than what I normally do for regular sex. Since I’m going to be recorded I pay more attention to physical details like my hair, skin, and getting a little pump in my arms and legs to look good on camera. I don’t follow a special diet or eat differently before sex. My regular diet requires me to eat every 3 hours so I stick to that routine. This routine seems to be working for me.

One of your special abilities is being able to film with well hung men. What are your tips on being successful at this?

Working with well endowed creators can be an amazing experience or a really bad one. That outcome depends on the patience of the well endowed creator especially with someone with little or no experience.  My recommendation is to take it slowly and embrace the pain until it goes away.

How do you do this? The position is important so first lay on your back with your legs wide open and completely relax the muscles in your booty. You need to trust the top and ask him to go very slow. Let him in, relax your muscles but most importantly don’t stop when it starts hurting—that’s the key to success.

Most guys immediately stop and remove a well hung creator but that is the mistake. Your body must first get accustomed to the size with pain to get pleasure. Keep him inside and take the pain for a moment but I promise it will slowly turn into pleasure. That’s when you really start having fun.

Guys say all kinds of things about working with well hung creators—“it’s too painful,” “smaller is better,” “not enjoyable”—but there is a reason so many spend thousands of dollars to have fun with a well hung creator.

GayPV You film with first-time content creators. What are your requirements and things you look for to determine if you will collaborate with a first timer?

Alejo: Yes, I’ve filmed with first-time content creators. I actually enjoy being the one to take their “sex tape virginity,” lol. When it comes to collaboration, I look for a win–win situation. I check two main things regardless if the creator is new or experienced. I evaluate their engagement and are they well hung? If I can’t gain subscribers from your fanbase for sure I know how to use your size to make content that sells.

The Alejo Ospina Story GayPV What is the most difficult thing about being a content creator?

Alejo: Staying relevant. I’ve been creating content for five years and I’ve already been seen from every angle, done every pose and every scene imaginable. That’s why I like creating new stories to keep people entertained.

GayPV After you collaborate with someone, how do you want them to remember you or your scene together?

Alejo: I want to be remembered as extremely professional. I didn’t come to a scene to just turn on a camera and have sex. I stop multiple times to move the camera and check angles and lighting. Whenever possible I have a cameraman and constantly pause after every scene to check lighting and angles.

GayPV What does the future hold for content creators: more opportunities or more challenges — and why?

Alejo: The challenge is the sheer number of new creators entering the industry. Staying relevant is harder for established creators. Opportunities will always be there — new platforms, new fans, and new ways to monetize as a gay influencer and OnlyFans creator.

Career Advice To Content Creators

What advice would you give to others considering becoming content creators?

Alejo: If you want to start creating content, ask yourself why. Is it to make money, have fun or become popular? Any motive is valid but your focus affects your path to success. For many the reason is extra income. Then you should ask, who is going to pay to see me?

This market is saturated with new hot creators many making $100 USD a month. It’s important to have a strategy to build you online fan base first — get people to follow you. Your followers are the most likely to pay to become a fan, interact with you and request exclusive videos.

What is often missing or lacking in many creators’ personalities, or something about the industry you did not expect to encounter?

Alejo: This is a good question. I’ve noticed a lack of professionalism and misunderstanding of what collaboration means. I’m talking about creators who film and don’t respect agreed posting schedules, who edit and post without asking permission, or — worse — who post and don’t tag the other model. That is very inconsiderate and selfish.

I know sometimes we pay models to only film and not tag.  I do that myself sometimes, but a true collaboration you must consult the other model before making decisions about the content.

What cities have you found best for collaboration? What percentage of the time do you travel versus host collaborations?

Alejo: New York City, Barcelona, São Paulo, and London. I travel to film every four to six months, depending on how much content I have saved. I don’t host creators unless is someone visiting my city I am very interested in collaborating with.

Has being a content creator changed you for better or worse? Has it made you realize something about yourself you didn’t know before?

Alejo: Creating content has totally changed my life for the better. It is my career now. I never expected to enjoy showing off as much as I do. I like how my body looks on camera and how I can present myself in close-up shots.

As a content creator, is it difficult to have a successful personal relationship? Are you looking to have a relationship in the future? What is the most important quality your partner must have?

Alejo: It’s complicated. Many people don’t understand my work ethic. If you see my social media you would think I am always with a lot of different guys. The reality is I filmed a lot during a single trip and won’t film again for the next four to six months. Right now I’m posting from my couch in Medellín while playing Zelda.

Alejo: Breaking recent news currently I have a boyfriend. We met in May 2025. He is younger than me, white, and hot. He’s starting on OnlyFans too (not suggested by me, lol). I will probably post something with him at some point in the near future.— Alejo Ospina

GayPV Tell us about your tattoos: what inspired them and are there more to come?

Alejo: My tattoos are inspired by things I love and that have marked my life: Ariana Grande, The Legend of Zelda, Taylor Swift, and anime. There may be more coming, but nothing is planned right now — they always come to me randomly and then I make an appointment as soon as I can.

GayPV I am your partner and I want to say I love you very much. I know what to cook you for dinner. What music should I play? Do I get theatre tickets, plan an overnight camping trip together, or have beautiful flowers delivered while I spend the entire night giving you daddy loving?

Alejo: You should play pop music — songs we can sing together. I don’t do camping at all; I never sleep outside a bed. Theatre tickets sound good — I also like movies, especially scary ones.

GayPV What is the worst thing a potential partner could say or do on the first few dates that would be a red flag?

Alejo: Don’t tell me what to do. I hate that.

GayPV How do your fans stay in touch with you and how do they communicate with you?

Alejo: Through OnlyFans — that’s the only place where I reply to all my messages.

El año pasado anunciaste en tu cuenta de TikTok que necesitarías una cirugía mayor para reemplazar una de las válvulas de tu corazón. ¿Cuál es el cronograma para la cirugía?

Sí — es una condición con la que nací y voy a necesitar la cirugía en algún momento. Ahorita me estoy haciendo chequeos frecuentes para monitorear mi corazón y me siento bien. Mi cirujano dijo que puedo esperar un poco más para hacérmela.

Entendemos que tienes un nuevo proyecto importante en proceso. ¿Puedes contarnos al respecto?

Sí, pero no estoy listo para dar detalles todavía. Estoy trabajando en algo dirigido principalmente a mis seguidores en Latinoamérica. Se van a llevar una gran sorpresa con el concepto y lo que inspiró el nombre y la creación de mi proyecto. Espero poder dar detalles el próximo año.

Te felicito por tu exitosa carrera como creador de contenido. No muchos alcanzan el nivel de éxito y creatividad que tú tienes. Una de las cosas que más te distingue es el esfuerzo que pones en utilería, vestuario y en hacer que tus videos se vean lo más real posible. ¿Los accesorios, el vestuario y las locaciones son idea tuya y los creas tú mismo? ¿Disfrutas elegir el set y diseñar el vestuario como parte de ser creador de contenido?

La mayoría de las veces hago todo eso yo solo. A veces lo platico con el otro modelo para que decidamos juntos qué vamos a hacer. Muchos chicos no están acostumbrados a mi nivel de producción, pero se dan cuenta de lo importantes que son estas cosas para mí y rápido se meten en el personaje conmigo y le entran a mi vibe. De verdad disfruto mucho estos aspectos de la creación de contenido. Creo que aunque a la gente le gustan los videos de estilo amateur, también es divertido darles una historia — una escena de creación hot.

Si ves un video de dos tipos teniendo sexo en una cama, ya tienes el contexto: “los dos acordaron grabar”. ¡Hot, sí! ¿Tiene que ser así cada video? Quizá no. ¿Y si el próximo video empieza con un vecino que siempre está peleando con su esposa y está estresado? Entonces yo llego como su vecino amigable a invitarlo por una cerveza para relajarse y las cosas van subiendo de ahí. Creo que eso es mucho más atractivo y estimulante para los fans.

¿Qué escena que hayas hecho (o no) se acercaría más a tu fantasía ultimate?

Honestamente, ya he hecho casi de todo, pero no disfruto los tríos y las escenas grupales tanto como la gente cree. Ya he grabado con todos los actores principales que quería conocer.

¿Qué pasos sigues para preparar tu cuerpo física y mentalmente para una escena?

Mi preparación para una colaboración no es muy diferente a lo que hago normalmente para el sexo regular. Como me van a grabar, pongo más atención a detalles físicos como mi cabello, piel, y hacer un poco de bombeo en brazos y piernas para verme bien en cámara. No sigo una dieta especial ni como diferente antes del sexo. Mi dieta normal requiere que coma cada 3 horas, así que me apego a esa rutina. Esta rutina parece estar funcionando para mí.

Una de tus habilidades especiales es poder grabar con hombres bien dotados. ¿Cuáles son tus tips para tener éxito en esto?

Trabajar con creadores bien dotados puede ser una experiencia increíble o una muy mala. Eso depende de la paciencia del creador dotado, especialmente con alguien con poca o ninguna experiencia. Mi recomendación es ir despacio y aceptar el dolor hasta que desaparezca.

¿Cómo se hace esto? La posición es importante, así que primero acuéstate boca arriba con las piernas bien abiertas y relaja completamente los músculos del trasero. Necesitas confiar en el activo y pedirle que vaya muy lento. Déjalo entrar, relaja tus músculos, pero lo más importante es que no pares cuando empiece a doler — esa es la clave del éxito.

La mayoría de los chicos paran inmediatamente y sacan al creador dotado, pero ese es el error. Tu cuerpo primero debe acostumbrarse al tamaño con dolor para obtener placer. Mantenlo dentro y aguanta el dolor un momento, pero te prometo que lentamente se convertirá en placer. Ahí es cuando realmente empiezas a divertirte.

Los chicos dicen de todo sobre trabajar con creadores dotados — “es muy doloroso”, “mejor más pequeños”, “no es disfrutable” — pero hay una razón por la que muchos gastan miles de dólares para divertirse con un creador bien dotado.

Graba con creadores de contenido primerizos. ¿Cuáles son tus requisitos y las cosas que buscas para determinar si colaborarás con un novato?

Sí, he grabado con creadores primerizos. La verdad, me encanta ser el que les quite la “virginidad del sex tape”, jaja. Cuando se trata de colaboración, busco una situación donde ganemos los dos. Verifico dos cosas principales, sin importar si el creador es nuevo o experimentado. Evalúo su engagement y ¿está bien dotado? Si no puedo ganar suscriptores de tu base de fans, seguro sé cómo usar tu tamaño para hacer contenido que venda.

¿Qué es lo más difícil de ser un creador de contenido?

Mantenerse relevante. Llevo cinco años creando contenido y ya me han visto desde todos los ángulos, hecho todas las poses y todas las escenas imaginables. Por eso me gusta crear nuevas historias para mantener a la gente entretenida.

Después de que colaboras con alguien, ¿cómo quieres que te recuerde a ti o a la escena que hicieron juntos?

Quiero que me recuerden como extremadamente profesional. No vine a una escena solo para prender una cámara y tener sexo. Paro varias veces para mover la cámara y revisar ángulos e iluminación. Cuando es posible, tengo un camarógrafo y constantemente hago pausas después de cada escena para revisar la iluminación y los ángulos.

¿Qué le depara el futuro a los creadores de contenido: más oportunidades o más desafíos — y por qué?

El desafío es la gran cantidad de nuevos creadores que entran a la industria. Mantenerse relevante es más difícil para los creadores establecidos. Las oportunidades siempre van a estar ahí — nuevas plataformas, nuevos fans y nuevas formas de monetizar como influencer gay y creador en OnlyFans.

¿Qué consejo le darías a otros que estén considerando convertirse en creadores de contenido?

Si quieres empezar a crear contenido, pregúntate por qué. ¿Es para ganar dinero, divertirte o volverte popular? Cualquier motivo es válido, pero tu enfoque afecta tu camino al éxito. Para muchos la razón es un ingreso extra. Entonces deberías preguntarte, ¿quién va a pagar por verme?

Este mercado está saturado de nuevos creadores hot, muchos ganando $100 dólares al mes. Es importante tener una estrategia para construir primero tu base de fans en línea — lograr que la gente te siga. Tus seguidores son los más propensos a pagar para ser fans, interactuar contigo y solicitar videos exclusivos.

¿Qué es lo que a menudo falta o es deficiente en la personalidad de muchos creadores, o algo sobre la industria que no esperabas encontrarte?

Buena pregunta. He notado una falta de profesionalismo y un malentendido de lo que significa colaborar. Hablo de creadores que graban y no respetan los calendarios de publicación acordados, que editan y publican sin pedir permiso, o — peor — que publican y no etiquetan al otro modelo. Eso es muy desconsiderado y egoísta.

Sé que a veces pagamos a modelos solo para grabar y no etiquetar. Yo mismo lo hago a veces, pero en una verdadera colaboración debes consultar al otro modelo antes de tomar decisiones sobre el contenido.

¿En qué ciudades has encontrado que son mejores para colaborar? ¿Qué porcentaje del tiempo viajas versus recibes colaboraciones?

Nueva York, Barcelona, São Paulo y Londres. Viajo para grabar cada cuatro o seis meses, dependiendo de cuánto contenido tengo guardado. No recibo a creadores a menos que sea alguien que visite mi ciudad y que me interese mucho colaborar con él.

¿Ser creador de contenido te ha cambiado para mejor o para peor? ¿Te ha hecho darte cuenta de algo sobre ti mismo que no sabías antes?

Crear contenido ha cambiado mi vida totalmente para mejor. Ahora es mi carrera. Nunca esperé que me gustara tanto exhibirme. Me gusta cómo se ve mi cuerpo en cámara y cómo puedo presentarme en planos cercanos.

Como creador de contenido, ¿es difícil tener una relación personal exitosa? ¿Buscas tener una relación en el futuro? ¿Cuál es la calidad más importante que debe tener tu pareja?

Es complicado. Mucha gente no entiende mi ética de trabajo. Si ves mis redes sociales, pensarías que siempre estoy con muchos chicos diferentes. La realidad es que grabo mucho durante un solo viaje y no vuelvo a grabar en los siguientes cuatro a seis meses. Ahorita estoy posteando desde mi sofá en Medellín mientras juego Zelda.

Noticia de último momento: ahorita tengo novio. Nos conocimos en mayo de 2025. Es menor que yo, blanco y guapo. También está empezando en OnlyFans (no se lo sugerí yo, jaja). Probablemente publique algo con él en un futuro cercano.

Amas la comida mexicana picante. ¿Cuáles son algunos de tus platillos favoritos?

Me encantan los burritos picantes, especialmente de pollo y de cochinita.

Cuéntanos sobre tus tatuajes: ¿qué los inspiró y habrá más?

Mis tatuajes están inspirados en cosas que amo y que han marcado mi vida: Ariana Grande, The Legend of Zelda, Taylor Swift y el anime. Puede que haya más, pero no hay nada planeado ahorita — siempre se me ocurren de la nada y luego hago una cita lo más pronto que puedo.

Vamos a suponer que soy tu pareja y quiero decirte que te amo mucho. Sé qué cocinarte para la cena. ¿Qué música debería poner? ¿Consigo boletos para el teatro, planeo un viaje de campamento de una noche, o hago que entreguen flores hermosas mientras paso toda la noche dándote amor de papi?

Deberías poner música pop — canciones que podamos cantar juntos. Nada de campamento para mí; nunca duermo fuera de una cama. Los boletos para el teatro suenan bien — también me gustan las películas, especialmente las de terror.

¿Qué es lo peor que una posible pareja podría decir o hacer en las primeras citas que sería una bandera roja?

Que me diga qué hacer. Odio eso.

¿Cómo se mantienen en contacto tus fans y cómo se comunican contigo?

A través de OnlyFans — ese es el único lugar donde respondo todos mis mensajes.
